FISHING SAFARI
We offer the fishing fanatic a truly unforgettable fishing experience. Watch your line curve out with a majestic backdrop of Hippos and the rolling plains. Anglers have the opportunity to catch Large- Mouth Bass, Bluegill and Mozambique Tilapia.
As part of the daily rate per person per day, visitors get access to 4 dams within the Reserve. Anglers and/ or visitors will be briefed on arrival regarding fishing rules and regs. Anglers and/ or visitors must at all times be aware that they are fishing in a dangerous game area, more often than not in the presence of Hippos.
Guests also have access to some off-site Bass Dams, in close proximity, that is canoe, float tube and Kickboat friendly. A 2 person, electric motor fishing boat and a 1 person kick boat is available for hire on request.
Off site, in close proximity to the reserve, Fly anglers have multiple options available to them for chasing Natal Yellowfish, Rainbow and Brown Trout as well as Carp. A guided trip to one of these private off site locations is a well worth trip, with a real chance of landing some truly spectacular fish.
